While liberals GUSH about Michelle O’s speech, LOOK what we found…
Many of us with liberal “friends” on Facebook have seen our newsfeed inundated since last night with gushing posts about First Lady Michelle Obama’s speech at the Democrat National Convention last night.
And, truthfully, the text of her speech and even her delivery sounded good if you had no context and understanding of the history of Michelle and her husband, Barack Obama.
For example, her claim that their motto is, “when they go low, we go high” sounds lovely, doesn’t it?

Except it’s not true to what we’ve seen from the Obamas. Here’s one example.
“When they go low, we go high,” – M. Obama, Philly 2016
“If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun,” – B. Obama, Philly 2008

And yeah, not sure how the Obamas would define the actions of the Black Lives Matter movement, whose movement the Obamas openly support and condone — in which numerous police officers have been brutally murdered and injured, businesses have been burned and more — as “going high.”
But, yep, it sounds good.
But here’s Michelle’s statement from last night that left many of us incredulous at the words coming out of FLOTUS’ mouth:
FLOTUS: “Don’t let anybody ever tell you this country isn’t great…this right now is the greatest country on Earth” https://t.co/oRf6y6bhmm

This stands in stark contrast to what the First Lady said just eight years ago: “For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am proud of my country.” She goes on to talk about her “frustration and disappointment” with our country. Watch:
So, after a mere seven and a half years of a President Barack Obama presidency, suddenly Michelle O. is defending this country’s greatness? This, despite the countless “victims” of our evil system the Dems regaled us with last night on stage.
Again, can’t argue that Michelle Obama gave a rousing speech last night — on its face. Kinda reminds me of what her silver-tongued husband did eight years ago. Good speech writers and oration, yes, but authentic substance, not so much…
But looks like the willing Kool-Aid drinkers are falling for it again.
